Headquarters of KMCLP is located in the Cowichan Tribes, Duncan, B.C. with a branch office in Victoria, B.C. KMCLP has been in business since 1996.

Each of the Divisions of KMCLP produces different end products:

The Structural Division operates in several areas such as; Residential (New Home Starts, Renovations, Mould related Reinstatement and Demolition), Commercial (New Construction and Renovations), and Institutional (New Construction and Renovation). The majority of Structural work to-date has been in the Residential area.

The Natural Gas Pipeline Division installs natural gas distribution pipelines, services and provides maintenance for residential conversions and new construction sites.

The Civil Division operates in several areas such as; Municipal water and sewer, Water production, Wastewater treatment, Septic systems, Sub-division developments, Roads (municipal, forestry and highways) and manages an Aggregate Operation.

The Engineering Division operates in several areas such as: construction management, architectural, civil and structural design, technical analysis and project feasibilities.
